The bag is approximately 9" x 7" and fits easily inside any hospital bag or overnight bag.

Absolutely! All the items continue to be helpful through the 4th trimester and you can repurpose the bag with breastfeeding supplies, diapers, toys, or as a travel pouch. It's built to last.
