When I went into labor, I had no idea what I'd actually need in that room.

I'd spent weeks researching, ordered things from five different places, and still felt completely unprepared when the moment came. I was hot, anxious, and reaching for things that weren't there. My husband was digging through a duffel bag looking for a straw.

Afterward, I kept thinking, why doesn't this exist? A single, thoughtfully curated kit with everything that actually helps during labor. Not a generic gift set. Not a list of things to order separately. Something real, made from actual experience.

So I built it.
