Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer free USPS shipping on all orders over $50. Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@packpare.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
